I had a great experience at this ice cream shop. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The ice cream was fresh, rich, and full of flavor, and the portions were generous for the price. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and outstanding service. I look forward to visiting again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Burrrberries! We placed a DoorDash pickup order, and the owner, Junior, went above and beyond by calling us to make sure we were on our way so our order would stay fresh. That kind of thoughtful customer service is hard to find these days. Junior is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he puts his heart into his business. The ice cream and desserts are absolutely delicious, and the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry is a must-try! It was fresh, rich, and full of amazing flavor. Everything we ordered was excellent. If you’re looking for incredible ice cream, unique treats, and outstanding customer service, definitely stop by Burrrberries. We will absolutely be back!

This ice cream shop stands out mainly because it stays open later than other local dessert spots. I ended up here after planning to go somewhere else that was closing earlier than expected. Customer service was acceptable but not particularly warm or memorable. I was greeted with the standard line, “Hi, let me know if you want to taste anything.” The two young employees were responsive and polite enough, but not especially enthusiastic or helpful. The interior has cheap, Walmart-quality furniture—basic booths and tables that aren’t even secured to the floor. For a small independent business, it’s functional, but not comfortable or inviting. The cleanliness of the seating area was the biggest issue. I had to dry-wipe the table and seats before sitting down. They mostly offer standard flavors, so there was no real need to sample anything. The only slightly different option was a coffee flavor with chocolate chips and cookies, which my companion and I both ordered. I paired mine with a scoop of vanilla. The staff filled my companion’s small cup properly, but my medium wasn’t filled all the way. The ice cream itself was good, but nothing special. I’d only come back in a similar sit

The owner is a Gem!🤩 Such a great vibe & the atmosphere is amazing! He very recently changed his location so no more bar next door and any old reviews of cigarette smoke are no longer! Now it’s just the beautiful scent of fresh waffles 🤤🥰 The PRICES ?! Out of this world ! Probably the best prices hands down. The menu is so unique everything is so delicious 😋 The ice cream quality itself is top tier. I got the Dubai bubble waffle, my husband got the Buenogato they both were so delicious! Hands down our favorite place to go ! I highly recommend this shop. Advice would be to have patience if you happen to arrive when there is a line. It is worth the wait , we had 3 family’s in front of us a still only waited maybe 10 mins. That’s not bad at all. Especially for the interaction from the owner he is very kind and you can tell this is his passion! ❤️🍨Side note one of the pictures of the menu I took have black blurs on them, it’s from my phone not his menu lol 😆

Great experience! Will and his brother, Jr, were both incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The ice cream was amazing, fresh, delicious, and definitely worth the visit. They made the whole experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
